  Hello,

  I want to modify a mega menu and am using Elementor to do so. But for some reason, it keeps loading indefinitely and I can’t do anything about it.

  I can still use Elementor to modify pages, for example. It’s just the Mega Menu that seems to be stuck. Any ideas?

  I’m using your theme on another site with a different license and don’t have this problem.

  1/ We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version – 8.4.11

  2/ Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

  3/ Additionally, please contact your hosting provider to request FTP access credentials. Once you have obtained them, kindly share the details with us so we can further assist you.
