I can’t seem to get my Rolex mega menu to separate into 3 columns. It keeps putting the image underneath one of the 2 columns. I have watched the video, read the documentation and played with the column width but nothing helps.

I also can’t get the setting to disable the nav label on the image to stick. Every time I save it, it reverts back to the box being unchecked.

Hello,

I’ve changed menu settings.
As for the image label, ask your hosting provider support to increase PHP Max Input Vars value to 5000 instead of 1000 and then try to disable the label.

You can see this value in Woocommerce > System Status http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/1028/h_1477640785_9644152_0a83decec1.jpeg .
Ask your hosting provider support to increase it.
