I can not understand why my media query are not displayed in developer tools; I add it on custom css and also tried on single page static block.

I’d like to use flex order to reverse the order between two columns on mobile screen, but media queries are not displayed on dev tool.

I added the 2 classes for the relative container; I add the media query on the css of the static block and also in additional css in xstore theme option

Custom CSS from a static block – http://prntscr.com/qchprw do not work. It is not a bug. Code from Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS should work.
