Media Not Installed - by andy - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I just installed the Xstore template, activated all the plugins and tried to import “Animals” theme. The progress bar completes the action but at the end i get the following error message :
” Media not installed – the most common errors happened by low server requirements, we strongly recommend to contact you host provider and check the necessary settings”.

I have already contacted my hosting provider and they have increased the memory limit, however this didn’t fix the issue.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Go to XStore > Dashboard and check System Requirements – http://prntscr.com/pxbkrd

Please note that images you get after demo content import can neither be used on a live site nor redistributed. If you want to locate the image sources to buy the license, use image search engine https://www.tineye.com/.

If you want to get images from the demo just for test purposes, we can help you with the import. Provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

Hi,

All the system requirements are checked.

I don’t want to use the images, I just want to see the actual template working on the website so I can modify accordingly. Now, half of the website is imported the other half is not.

I have created a temporary account for you.
