Media Grid - by creapix - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Media Grid doesnt work, I add images from my library and nothing is shown on a page. Dont know what to do, since setting up media grid is pretty straight forward.

Hello,

I am afraid I cant give you access to wp-admin. But this might be a good clue as I am getting this error on frontend editor: “Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to Vc_Grid_Item::renderItem() must be an instance of WP_Post, null given, called in /data/web/virtuals/89804/virtual/www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/shortcodes/vc-media-grid.php on line 43 and defined in /data/web/virtuals/89804/virtual/www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/params/vc_grid_item/class-vc-grid-item.php on line 252”

Hope that helps…as I am pretty desperate about this after few hours …

One more clue, If I am logged in, media grid shows, when I am logged off from wp-admin it doesnt. I tried every browser.

PS: I have the latest version of Visual Composer.

Hello,

As you can from the error the issue is related to Visual Composer plugin because it is said the problem is in the files
wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/shortcodes/vc-media-grid.php
wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/params/vc_grid_item/class-vc-grid-item.php

What VC plugin version are you using?

Hello,

Does this error persists only in frontend editor or backend editor as well?
There are some problems with frontend editor in VC and we recommend you to use backend editor instead.

I use only backend editor I just tried frontend once out of desperation. 🙁

I found this comment on themeforest at VC plugin page.

I bought Visual Composer yesterday, and I have same problem than mahmudfarooque (masonry grid media gallery works only when you are logged in user). I noticed it works just fine when you create new page, but if you try to use it in existing pages, it wont show unless you are logged in.

Hope this helps other users or even the author to fix the bug.

Hi, yes, we are working on this issue and will release update soon. Please make sure to update once update will be available on CodeCanyon.
