Media files not displayed – only loading loop

Hi,

have a problem with my uploaded media files.

All files are uploaded correct.

I add an image field in page builder and start with the seetings to load a image.

But the only thing what i see is a loading loop … no image displayed.

I have a similar issue with the page builder with other elements.
No settings displayed only a eternal loading loop.

Hello,

1) Make sure that all the plugins that you use are latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ If not – update and check if it fix the problem.

2) Inspect your page using chrome dev loot and check if you have any errors in console. Provide the screenshot of the errors if you have them.

Thanks, looks like an internal server error.

I dont not understand why, because did not change anything. I have only installed the last updates of some plugins: Massive Addons, Slider revolution, Page Builder, CMB2, WooCommerce, WooZone etc. and theme Xstore.

I will contact our server admin, thank you for help.
