Master slider not working - by agri8theme

Hello,

Question about Master Slider.

I can’t create new slider.
I can’t select a starter.

Royal Theme-v2.1
Master Slider-v2.20.1

I tried update for a theme and plugin twice, after stopping all the plugin.
