Many products have ratings in shop page but they never had rating

Hello

In shop page there is many product with a ratings, but these product never had ratings, and on product page there is no rating.

I try to delete these ratings but I can’t.

Also, there is an issue on ratings display, there is 5 stars grey and 5 stars yellow…

Hello,

Please check if the mentioned situation is not caused by a 3rd party plugin on your site, or custom code in the child theme.
Check how this works with the default WC theme – Storefront activated.
Let us know the results.
