Make parent items on mobile menu clickable

When I click this menu on mobile

it automatically opens a dropdown menu. What I want is that item to open a page, and only an arrow would open a drop down menu.

is that possible?

thank you, works great. But everytime I go to theme options and hit PUBLISH, my server resources go thru the roof.
