    Hi,

My client is going mad at me because they are having major issues with their shopping cart page products get added but not all or none all show, then they can’t be removed. If I then open up a new browser (incognito) and add 4 more products I go to the cart page and see the previous 4 products and not the new 4. There is something not working as it should.

I have updated all plugins, WP and the theme version and the issue still remains. The site is using Cloudflare and WP Supercache and I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for weeks now thinking it was a caching issue but I can see from your changelog the issue was with the theme and that you claim to have fixed this issue in V 1.7 but I don’t think you have. Please could you look into this ASAP please as my client is loosing money because of this?

    Many thanks,

    James Isles

    Hello,

Please try to delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and reupload it from the theme package.
    After that check Cart page.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    May we reupload theme files?
    Confirm you have a backup.
Also we can’t connect via FTP getting the errors:
    Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

    Please check it.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Yes this is fine I have backups of everything.

Please can you try again now? If it still doesn’t work please use 91.206.183.196 as the ftp address.

    Hello,

We checked this issue with Storefront – default Woocommerce theme – and it persists there too. The problem is related to your server.
You can ask hosting provider support to check error logs what is causing the problem.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

I’m fairly sure it’s not my server as we have built and host many other Woocommerce websites and don’t have any other issues. We are using Cloudflare and WP Supercache in your opinion could these or any other plugins be causing this as the plugins we are using here are the same as on the other sites I mentioned?

    Thanks,

    James

    Hi,

Please ignore the same thing happens when not logged into the site using a different theme.

This site http://www.studiorbw.co.uk/ uses a different theme, is hosted on my server using the same plugins and is working fine just don’t understand what it could be.

    Thanks,

    James

    Hello,

Please disable Cloudflare and WP Supercache and clear server cache.
    After that check the site.

    Regards,

    Hi,

I have uninstalled WP Super Cache and disabled Cloudflare (many times now) and there are still issues. The products are getting added the basket OK and when they are removed they disappear then when you go to another page then back again the products still show on the cart page. When reverting to the default Storefront theme the same thing happens.

I then deactivated all plugins apart from Woocommerce and tested it with Storefront and the same thing happens. I’m stumped.

    Thanks,

    James

    Hello,

Seems the problem was with your server cache as now I’ve checked the Cart page and product has been removed successfully.
Please clear browser cache and check yourself.

    Hi,

I looked into it and made fixed it by forcing WP Super Cache not to cache the /cart page which fixed the issue. Still got problems on a mobile device though which I’m trying to fix now.

    Thanks,

    James
