  Hi Support,

  When I click on this button there is something extra showing in the background:

  However when I click on this button nothing extra seems to show:

  Can you see why there is something extra showing when clicking on the button ( CLICK HERE TO REQUEST MAINTENANCE )?

  Hello,

  Sorry, but I don’t see the buttons on the page you provided a link for.
  Also please clarify with more details what “extra” you see because I couldn’t see anything on your screenshot.
