    Hello,

I am currently using the XStore theme and I am trying to enable the Maintenance Mode, but I cannot find the toggle button or the settings anywhere in the theme options.

Also, I would like to know how I can get your Maintenance Mode demos and insert them into my website as a single page only. It is important that the import does not remove or overwrite my existing pages and content.

Can you please help me with these two issues?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1/ WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/great-things-are-on-the-horizon-or-site-visibility-from-woocommerce-plugin/

    2/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/maintenance-mode/
Please provide us with a link to the desired demo page, and we will provide you with a file to import.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

In the documentation you have instructions to enable/disable maintenance mode from xstore, not from woocommerce.

    I’d like Modern X Coming.

    Thanks for the fast response

    Hello @John,

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open “Dashboard → XStore Control Panel → Import Demos”.
    2. Search for the demo you would like to import: https://gyazo.com/ab8d1d42ed6541f6ebb5a5fb8d8ddfcc.
    3. Skip the steps for “Content Reset” and “Child Theme” as you need to attach some import templates instead of replacing the current content.
    4. Install any required plugins if necessary.
    5. Import the pages (if you select the “Coming Soon” template, this will be the only available option).
    6. After importing, a new Home Page template will be automatically set as the Front Page. Please go to “Dashboard → Settings → Reading” and reselect your previously set Home Page as the Front Page: https://prnt.sc/OhJ1o50y8d5l.
    7. In “Dashboard → Pages”, find the imported page and set the “Maintenance” template type in “Page Attributes”: https://prnt.sc/in6S-MwMHm1w.
    8. Ensure that Maintenance Mode is active in “XStore Control Panel → Maintenance Mode”: https://prnt.sc/OCfJsqUWp47S.

Please note that the template you requested was built using the WPBakery Page Builder, while your website uses the Elementor Builder. Using multiple page builders on the same website may affect its performance. Therefore, we recommend either importing the Coming soon templates built with Elementor or creating a new page and importing a template from XStudio templates (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/) to customize for your needs, or, if the imported Maintenance template from WPBakery is only a temporary solution, you may use it for now and remove both the page and the WPBakery Builder once your website is complete.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
