    Hello, @murli,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1. I cannot see the header and there are some weird things on main theme but when I am on child theme everything seems okay.

It appears that the demo content was successfully imported using the child theme, which explains why all features are operational when the child theme is activated on your website.

However, we understand that upon activating the parent theme, the header seems to be absent. This is because the parent theme has no header.

    2. To assist you in understanding the intricacies of child and parent themes, We kindly recommend reviewing the following articles:

We hope you find these resources informative and useful in managing your website’s themes.

Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
