    Hello, Marco A Jimenez,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your inquiry.

1/ To assist you further, may we kindly request that you provide us with the URL of the login page as well as the corresponding credentials? This will enable us to review your settings in detail. Although the kids demo utilizes the Slider Revolution plugin, we are eager to explore whether we can facilitate the responsiveness of your slider on your website without the need to activate an additional plugin.

    2/ Please read this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/163-how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites

3/ Please be informed that XStore is indeed compatible with the Dokan plugin, and the plugin’s settings should function correctly with our theme. However, as we are not the creators of the Dokan plugin, should you require assistance with the plugin’s functionality, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for specialized help.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Please private message. thank you for the support. As you can see our sister site does not break their slider on two blocks for the ipad and iphone or mobile devices. I was able to replicate it but not the font. that is I was thinking on using the slider. Now as you can see the site takes about 3 seconds to open and I am not sure if that is because on the amount of items on the front page.

    Hello, Marco A Jimenez,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We have reviewed the slider on your website https://prnt.sc/GTvLwZQgr0le and noted that you have already configured texts for mobile compatibility at https://prnt.sc/ju9iTeZP5XRC . Please provide us with details regarding the specific assistance you require from our end at this time.

Regarding the speed of your website, we kindly suggest that you refer to our guide for optimizing site performance at https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website. It is important to note that each additional plugin can marginally reduce the site’s speed, hence we recommend deactivating any plugins that are not essential to your operations.

We look forward to your reply and are here to assist you with any further needs.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
