I have two separate menus (one for main and one for mobile) and have set them as such in the Manage Locations section of menus. However, the main menu is what is displayed on mobile. Please advise.

    Hello,

    We can’t view your site.
There is a message “You should be redirected to http://www.levysleathers.com”.

Please give us correct site name.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

My apologies – we were just in the middle of switching the site domain. http://www.levysleathers.com is the correct domain and is now up and running. Original login credentials should still work.

    Hello,

Sorry, but I still can’t connect to your server getting an error:
    Response: 530 Login authentication failed

I used “Only use plain FTP (insecure)” option in FileZilla settings.

Please check the credentials. Is server IP correct?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Yes all of the information is correct. I’ve made several attempts using the same login credentials and it works for me every time. I’m not sure what else to do here.

    See info below….

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
