Main menu collapse when resize down browser window

Hi,

I added “All Departments” menu and main menu on my homepage. When I resize the browser window down to 1260px, the layout of the All Departments menu(name All Categories on my website) and main menu will mess up. How can I set up a minimum width for my web page, so that when resizing the width under 1260px (before reaching the tablet layout width range), the page being truncated instead of restructuring the menu which make the layout messy.

Can I make that menu a little bit narrow without blocking part of the slider?
