Hello,
I’m having trouble changing the image of the first banner on the homepage. when I change it in the element, it doesn’t change, it continues the old one. Another problem is that in the google chrome browser the image is in low resolution.

We suggest that you go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources and set them to Off.

Another problem is that in the google chrome browser the image is in low resolution. – provide screenshots of the problem, please. You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/

Also, provide temporary wp-admin access. To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
