Mailpoet shortcode does not seem to work

    Hi,
    when inserting the Mailpoet shortcode : [wysija_page] to a blank page, the page does not show the actual mailpoet page, but shows the “[wysija_page]” shortcode as text.
    Does the theme somehow ‘block’ that shortcode ?

    Please provide us with WP Dashboard credentials and show a page where you added the shortcode.

    The issue isn’t related to our theme. The page doesn’t work with other theme too. Please check it.
