Mail Chimp Plugin / newsletter signup not displaying correctly.

Hello, the new mail chimp plugin update has caused the newsletter sign up on the home page disappear. Can you provide guidance as to how to fix this? Thank you

Hello kenty13,

please recreate your newsletter signup form in Dashboard > MailChimp for WP > Forms.

Hello, thank you I can now get the form to display. However I cannot get the formatting to work. I am trying to get it centred with double border as per the demonstration site. Can you assist?
