Magnifying glass - by kaha - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi, when i use the magnifying glass on a single product page. It doesn’t appear to show anything different (closer or a magnified image) do I need to load a larger image somewhere to actually make use for the magnifying glass?

site is not live but here is a screen shot

Hello,

Can you upload your site to some hosting and provide us with wp-admin credentials to check this issue more deeply?

Also try to upload images with bigger size.

I tried bigger. How big do i need to go? I might see a little enlargement but so little i’m not sure. I went up to 750×1000 (from 550×720). I would start worry about slowing down the site at a much bigger size….

You’re using old theme version. Please update and check it.
Don’t forget to make backup of the site and remove woocommerce folder in wp-content/themes/royal/ before update.

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
