I have updated to the new version of xStore theme and core in a staging environment. I am experiencing lots of issues:

    Page width changed
    Style boxes around footers
    Header images missing or changed
In all products page only hover images are showing up so no images
Images not showing correctly on product details page
Related products and simpler products on the bottom of the screen all showing up incorrectly.
    Basket missing from the header.
Formatting of basket page out of sync.

And these are just obvious things I have not tested functionality.

    Please advice
    Clare

    Hello,

XStore 5.0 is major update and we have changed a lot of things https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ including theme styles. Also, if you use child theme then child theme files should be updated according to new files.
Please clear cache and check the site one more time.
Also, provide screenshots for better understanding your problems.
You can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot https://prnt.sc/
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi

Thank you! I cleared the cache on my hosting server but not the browser cache and that fixed most of the issues. How does that work when I put it live. What will my existing customers see, is there a way to force their browser caches to be cleared.

    Hello,

Sorry but we it’s not depends on the theme, that cache is browser cache.
Eventually browser cache will be cleared automatically, we can’t force to clear the browser cache of visitors from server side. But browser cache will be cleared automatically so mostly, users will get fresh files after a day or two.
