    Hello,
    I do not know why, but customers can not reset the password on the site. When resetting the password, appears following message : “Password reset is not possible for this user”.

    I got it. This issue is from plugin “No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA for WooCommerce

    We also have an issue with password reset functionality not working.

    Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and check if the problem will be solved.
