Logo will not change - by initiativeinc - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I tried to change the logo in Theme Options -> Header -> Logo image and Logo image for fixed header but it refuses to change when I save. Seems to be a common problem. How can I change this?

Please ask your hosting provider support to increase Max Input Vars value to 5000.
After that try to change logo image.

Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check it then.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Hi there,

We have tried updated and deactivating/reactivating all plugins individually and every time, nothing in Theme Options will change when saved. Specifically we are trying to change the logo on the sticky nav.

Then try to resave logo.

Hello,

Please change PHP version to 5.5.38 or higher, but not 7 version.
Also install SoapClient on a server http://prnt.sc/drsaes .
If it doesn’t work, please provide FTP credentials.
