Logo and Homepage Banner not displaying - by Santa

I currently have a challenge with my website. The logo and homepage banner are suddenly not displaying. I have checked to make sure they are properly placed. Is there anything I am doing wrong please?

Hello,

Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

working now… Thanks

However, the website is quite slow. I just migrated from Shopify which was faster than this. Is there anything I could do to make the site faster please. I have tried almost everything I know
