Login User and change text from checkout page

Hi , I have two questions with woopress template:

1. I want that when you log text preheader is changed with a text that greets you the user , for example – Welcome “User” , Logout –, where the word “user” is changed by the user name this registered at the time and log is the link that allows the user to log out . And on the website I have that line of text, but I want that appears to log disappear at the start of session and appears which allows you log off, the private content sent the link to my website , where you can view the Preheader with the two texts.

2. I want to change the texts of the checkout page , as is the title of billing details , Checkout , etc, where can I do this?
