    Hi,
This is a new issue.. The panel opening when pressing “My Account” in top row – it vanishes when I am middle of filling in the registering data. It takes a while to add all the data when you are a vendor – there are many fields. Why does it disappear and is there a setting not to auto-hide this?
This prevents my vendors registering to the site, that is not very welcoming. I am getting vendors registering now and it must work.

This happens usually when I get to Phone number.. and there are still more fields to add – page just disappears while I’m writing.

Can this be related to newsletter functionality? I have it upcoming with delay?

oh it is related to newsletter on-delay – if I make the newsletter wait for a longer time, user is not cut off from the registering.

    Hello,

If you set short delay it could be the reason of the issue because newsletter popup appears. So, you sorted out, right?

    Regards

Yes, it seemed to be connected with the newsletter delay – it took away the registering panel but did not display the newsletter popup – that is why it took a while to guess what is going on.
    All sorted now thanks.
