    Hello.
I use Loco translate and everything is translated ok except login popup. I translated the strings but on popup appear not translated.
I saw you responded previously to other user having this problem with: “Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core > translate plugin strings related to registration.” and I tried that but when I click on my Language from that list it says” Error: Translation set not known in XStore Core” and if I search for a therm to translate I can’t find the words I need to translate.
What can I do to fix this?
    Thank you!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please, update both theme and plugin to the latest versions: 6.3.2 and 2.3.2 and proceed with the XStore core plugin translation after that. It will help you to translate login/registration.

    Hello Sirius,

Go Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating

    Regards

    Thank you for the response.
I updated Xstore and core to latest version.
Now in loco translate – plugins – xstore core is empty, no existing translations.
I creaded a new one and translated the words from login popup and also “Select a Brand and All Brands” that appear in side bar filter in shop page.
But neither one is translated, although no errors or messages appear when saving the translation.
What else can I try ?

    Hello,

Do you use cache plugin? Try to clear cache.
Provide us with a temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. And provide me a few strings in form “Enlish” > “Your translation” to test it for you once we log in.

    Regards
