We couldn’t see the sticky header jumps on our end.

For the glitches, please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

.etheme-elementor-header-sticky.sticky-on .etheme-elementor-header-wrapper {
    background-color: #fff;
}
