Logged In/Logged Out – Pages are displaying differently

Hello,

We’re having an issue were when we’re logged in we’re seeing the correct way the site is suppose to be displayed, but when we’re logged out it seems as if the site displays the old layout from when we first began building it.

Do you have an idea of what could be going on?

Login credentials for cPanel are incorrect.
