Log out not working / user can log in , all log out methods revert user to their account /

When logging out of https://starseedacademy.org
When a member is logged in, the log-out function is not performing as expected. When the user selects for log out a variety of things ( that are not taking them to a logged out state are occurring.

When a member clicks log out, they are direct to a confirmation page that asks them if they are sure they want to log out.
– Once they confirm they are directed back to their account page yet are in fact logged out. It looks like you are logged in still because – it shows their account info on the left hand side – if they hit my membership to see archives, they are blocked – so it is as if they are logged out (which they are) yet it shows them logged in.
– They have the ability to back button into their account as if logged in
– When user clicks on log out the actions that follow are a variety of things except getting logged out
