Loco translate not translating some elements of the theme. Cant be found.

For one or another reason the loco translate plugin doesn’t show some of the elements when I search for them.

For example:

This blue box on the successful payment page can’t be translated I am unable to find it.

The order status page also has two points that I am unable to find anywhere.

Thanks for contacting us.

As I can see, you need to update the theme – https://prnt.sc/_gflOCIJDZo9 https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
Please do not update Core plugin before the theme update next time.

After every update, you need to synchronize translation (of the theme, Core plugin, WooCommerce) – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update Sometimes new strings are added, and only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. Not always, but some strings can be missing after the sync and you need to find and translate them one more time, this is independent of us and relates to WP functionality.

Theme Options > WooComerce > Поръчка > Правила За Поверителност and change the text there.
