Loco translate doesnt work in my website

    Hello,
    I’m trying to translate the texts of the XStore theme using the Loco Translate plugin, but it doesn’t seem to work.

    You can check the screenshots too.
    I’m facing the same issue with other texts as well — they don’t get translated.

    Do you have any idea how to fix this?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    You’re welcome!

    We’ve changed the location of the Core plugin translation files to System (/wp-content/languages/plugins folder) and uploaded translation files for the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
