Local language characters not displaying correctly in Page Builder

Hello,

I have a problem with the Page Builder – my local language characters (croatian) are not displaying when the text is written inside the Page Builder module. Please see here. The wordpress language is correctly set, I’ve set the XStore charascter set to latin-extended and also the Page Builder Google fonts subset to latin-ext. You can see on the link the characters are showing correctly in the theme, but not in the Page Builder module. I have the 5.4.7 PB version.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,

We’ve sent the new version of the plugin to your registration email. Please follow our documentation and update it via FTP https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Let us know if the problem will be solved after update.
Also, check if the issue occurs with our theme only or with a default theme, activated on your site, too.

thanks, but I haven’t received anything on both of my e-mails… I’ve tried with the other theme, and it desn’t work too 🙁 http://test.astrobobo.net/kontakt/ It does work in my other theme and subdomain though: http://www.fotografija.astrobobo.net/dobrodosli/

Thanks for the reply.
Please provide your email address in the Private Content area. We will send the archive one more time.
If the problem persists even with different themes, it is independent of theme situation. I would recommend you to contact WordPress support or your hosting provider.

Dear Rose,

Thanks for the quick reply. Both domains are on the same hosting provider, they are just sobdomains with separate WP installations. The other subdomain has a PB version 5.4.2.

Hello,

Please check email now.
We are theme support and we are able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme.
If language characters do not work for you even with default theme you need to contact WordPress support or your hosting provider.

Hello Rose,

Got the email, thanks. It was not the PB version, but the MBSTRINGS option in php was not activated, as required by Massive Addons.
