    Hi,

I’ve had this issue before but it seems to be doing it again and my previous topic was closed.

I’m using your the Legenda theme but seem to be having an issue with it conflicting with the Modern Tribe Event Calendar Pro (Version 4.0.4) – The page keeps reloading on an ipad or iphone and some browsers when viewing the calendar category pages.

It’s fine in Chrome but this is going to be a frustrating problem if our users can’t use their iPads to look at and book the events.

This is a problem I really need to resolve as the website is now live – It is not the plugin as I’ve tried it on the WP 2015 theme and it’s fine – Definitely an issue with this theme.

Any advice or help you can give me would be massively appreciated as I am out of my depth on this!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

We’ve fixed the issue in the file wp-content/themes/legenda/js/etheme.js http://prntscr.com/adj1st . Check the site now.
Please keep the file safe as it will be overwritten after theme update and all modifications will be lost.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thank you. Now my whole site won’t load at all on an iPhone or iPad. It just says ‘Loading the Content’.

Please can this be looked into asap.

    Many thanks.

Also, now my menu doesn’t work, it should have dropdown items.

Thank you Eva. Now this is back to how it was when I first posted this thread. On an iPad and iPhone when I’m on the ‘What’s on’ category page ‘http://www.thecookshelf.co.uk/events/category/whats-on/’ it keeps reloading. I have checked with the plugin developer and have deactivated your theme to use just a basic 2015 wordpress theme and it’s fine so this is the theme issue.

As the page keeps reloading the user can not browse the page/events as it reloads and reloads. It’s very frustrating as you can imagine.

This is the issue I need fixing asap as this site is now live and my client is losing customers.

    Many thanks for your understanding.

Excellent! Thank you so much Eva.

This has corrected the reloading issue but now the iPhone menu isn’t working! Sorry to be a pain!

    Thank you Robert, Eva.

Everything seems to be working correctly now with the exception of the Events item itself. This was working correctly before but now loads an error 404 on new events.

Any events I’ve added since you’ve made this fix now goes to an error 404 page and does not load the page.

For example, the permalink is: http://www.thecookshelf.co.uk/events/pasta-kids-aged-7/ ‎but when trying to view the page it redirects to http://www.thecookshelf.co.uk/events/list/a-kids-aged-7/?tribe_event_display=past (though the event is in the future)

I had this problem the last time you fixed the reloading issue the first time I created a topic within this forum.

    Hello,

I think there was some a conflict with the same slugs for ‘Single event URL slug’ and ‘Events URL slug’ option (Events->Settings->General Settings).
I’ve just changed ‘Single event URL slug’ -> event.
    Please check the following link:
