Loader not working on homepage - by Eugenio

    Hi,
    after the update of the theme, I notice that the loader do not work on homepage of my site, only on homepage where I have the Slider. PLease take a look.

    Hello,

    Do you mean Site Preloader image? Make sure that it is enabled and an image is selected in Theme Options > General / Layout.
    Also, update the theme and Core to latest versions – http://prntscr.com/stk22s Do not forget to clear cache after the updating.

    yes, Site Preloader Image is enable and I choose the grey spinning circle as image, but I can not see on homepage. I still do not have that update available on my backend.

    Go to Dashboard > Updates > press check again button, follow our docs to update the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
