    Hi,

Just some strange UI issues that I need help with:

    1. Load More Button on Mobile Shop Page
When viewing the shop page on mobile and clicking ‘Load More’ at the end of each page, the mobile browser scrolls to the end of the new products that were loaded. So customers dont actually see the products on the next page and then have to scroll up and down which is confusing. Fiddled around but can’t seem to fix it.

    2. Floating Filters Trigger on Mobile Shop Page
Also on the mobile shop page, the floating filter trigger only appears after the second page of products loads. On desktop, the filters widget is in the left column and I set the mobile trigger options to work from there but then it wasn’t appearing. So then I set responsive controls for that filter widget to now show on mobile and created a row at the end with the filters widget with mobile responsive controls to only show on mobile. So that behaviour shows the filters but it only appears after the second page of products loads.

    3. Popup Modals went out of whack after an update
This was working perfectly but after an update the modal popup window sits behind some elements on the page. Fiddled with z-index to force it on top but no luck. Also the overlays dont display, and I noticed the same with the overlay on the product search widget in the main menu. Was working before but stopped working after a theme update. To see the issue, go to the single product page on mobile and click “Inspect” in the box labelled “Materials” below the product image. The modal pops up but is behind some other content blocks so becomes unreadable for the user.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @YT,

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.

We have reviewed the concerns you mentioned and would kindly ask you to try the solution provided in the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/woocommerce-woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-and-shop-page-is-not-working-properly/#post-434076

Regarding the issue where filters are not displayed until the user scrolls to the bottom of the page, this behavior is caused by the Elementor animation settings applied to that element. We recommend disabling the animation for this element on mobile devices and then checking the result. Please note that animations are triggered only when the element is within the visible area of the user’s screen, which is why the filters do not appear until some scrolling occurs.

As for the issue with overlapping popups and other sections, it appears to be related to the z-index values configured for certain sections. Specifically, we noticed that a z-index of 0 is set for some columns, which causes display issues on mobile devices. We suggest removing all z-index values from the single product sections and then verifying the outcome. Incorrect z-index settings can cause sections to overlap improperly.

Please let us know if the suggested changes resolve the issues.

    Hi Jack,

Floating Shop Filters Trigger on Mobile is fixed. Thanks.

Overlapping popups issue is fixed though the background overlay doesn’t appear (mobile or desktop). Strangely the overlay works fine when editing the template in elementor.

On the Load More Button issue for the Mobile Shop Page, I tried the code snippet below in functions.php but it didn’t work, and then it started working properly after I removed the code. Beats me. I’ll keep testing. If it shows up again, I’ll let you know.

    add_filter(‘etheme_product_grid_list_load_more_url_history’, ‘__return_false’);

    Thanks.
