The Live Chat doesn’t work like it should – it just stays at “Connecting…” both in the frontend and in the Live Chat admin panel in dashboard.

Plugin author woun’t help, have tried, as i didn’t purchase the plugin directly but got it through your theme – he directs me to you.

Tried do deactivate all plugins but the chat, together with both WooPress and TwentySixteen. No changes, still doesn’t connect.

    What do i do?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

The problem was you wrote App URL incorrectly in the chat settings. I’ve edited it.
Clear browser cache and check the plugin work now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Okay thank you very much – i didn’t really know what to make of that part – didn’t think it was neccesary, as i have had the plugin working before, years ago, without having to chain it together with an API from Firebase.
