Live Site (tohfapoint.pk) Extremely Slow – Losing Visitors & Sales Due to Poor Speed

Hello XStore Support Team,

I really need your help. My live WooCommerce store tohfapoint.pk is running extremely slow, even though I’ve already tried everything I could to optimize it. I’m using the XStore theme and have applied all recommended performance settings.

Here’s what I’ve already done:

Activated XStore’s performance settings

Installed WP-Optimize for caching and database clean-up

Optimized images (compressed & lazy load enabled)

Minified CSS and JS

Disabled unnecessary plugins

Hosting is decent and runs other sites fine

Despite this, the website is still taking a long time to load, especially on the shop and product pages. It’s become very frustrating — people are leaving the site before it even loads. I’ve started getting really worried as it’s affecting my sales and customer trust.

Please check if:

There’s anything in the XStore theme causing delays

There are any conflicts with WP-Optimize or hosting compatibility issues

You can provide any advanced recommendations to fix this as soon as possible

I truly appreciate any support you can offer. I love the theme’s design, but right now the speed is hurting my business badly.
