Live Chat error - by BodywearStore - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I just updated WordPress and Woocommerce en I get the following error when I delete a product:

Warning: mysqli_real_escape_string() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in /public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1034

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:1034) in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/screets-chat/core/fn.init.php on line 164

How can I fix this problem? Clearly the plugin “Screets Live Chat” causes this error.
Yesterday I tried to contact them, but the returned: Thank you for contacting Screets. You must have valid purchase code from Codecanyon to get premium support.

Please provide us also with ftp credentials.
We strongly recommend you to transfer all your changes in child theme and make an update if it is possible keeping in mind all necessary backup operations.

Hello

This can be caused by some 3-d party plugin.This issue is caused by the advanced-cache plugin which is not compatible with current screets-chat version. You should contact plugin developer in order to fix this error because we are not supporting 3-d party plugins.

Hi Brian,

Thank for the guick reply.

It’s not completely true. The plugin “advanced-cache” isn’t active for quite some time (it was a couple of months ago).

I just removed all the “advanced-cache” files on the server, but the problem still remains…..
Just disabled all the plugins, and the following plugin give the problem: WPML Multilingual CMS

I will contact these guys. Thank for the help!
