Live chat - by juanideas - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi! i do not know how to enable live chat.
    In advanced setting i pasted the url and secret (send you by private ) by firebase.com
    and saved.
    but when i see my home page never connect. show all the time the box : waiting to connect ,

    is there a way to turn chat to know when I’m online. or a guide to set correct the chat?

    There is an error in the console of your site:
    Uncaught Error: FIREBASE FATAL ERROR: Cannot parse Firebase url. Please use https://.firebaseio.com

    Seems url is incorrect.
    Could you please give us credentials to your firebase account to check it?
