  I used Live Chat. Couldn’t give support from developer.
  How do some optional fields to fill customer? I want field of phone number was not compulsory.

  Hello,

  Go to wp-admin panel > Live Chat > Options > Forms tab and select “Optional” from dropdown menu for “Phone field”.
