Litespeed cache crash my web site - by urlaho

    Hello, good day. I activate the Litespeed cache plugin. However, after a while, certain parts of the site break down. For example, this time the product page is broken. At another time, the home page or other pages are broken.

    Hello,

    Update theme and XStore core plugin to latest versions https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk . This issue was solved in one of the latest updates. You use the out-of-date version that’s why you still have a problem.

    Thank you for the answer. I provided the updates and cleaned the cache. However, the about us page is displayed as a blank white page.

    Hello,

    Provide us with the FTP access to your site and we’ll check the issue in more detail. I suppose issue is related to files in your child theme. Don’t copy the framework folder to child theme! If you need to change some functions from those files copy just a function to child theme functions.php, don’t copy the whole file.

    I would be really pleased. When I activate litespeed, it also loses the full width feature in the footer.

    Hello,

    It looks that Elementor conflicts with your cache plugin http://i.prntscr.com/Hc9kXrROQgufuLsuClV_3Q.png not our theme because even with the default theme it does not work. Looks that it does not support deferred loading of inline JS https://gyazo.com/aa9fc913feba4cc7d1003340e0d3cd7f Once I disable option it works. So, contact the Elementor plugin about this issue.

    greetings again. After switching to Storefront theme, my account page worked. However, when I went back to the xstore theme, my website had problems. I hope the issues get resolved because I didn’t have any backups. a very serious css and js corruption has occurred. I am attaching the relevant image.

    Go to Appearance > Widgets > add widgets to the Shop sidebar area.

    hello, good day. I did a lot of Turkish translation with Loco translate. However, I could not fix the text ‘Welcome To Your Account Page’ on my account page. Can you help with this?
    Also, will my Turkish translations go away after an update?

    2) After every update, you need to synchronize translation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update Sometimes new strings are added, and only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. Not always, but some strings can be missing after the sync and you need to find and translate them one more time, this is independent of us and relates to WP functionality.
