Links broken after upgrading x-store theme

hi
I updated my website x-store theme (motomaniak.it) and now i get 404 page not found for cart , account page , contact page and others.
I tryed to save permalinks page , i use child theme and i don’t know why I get this problem

Now i put another website on my domain because it is a production site..

Hello,

Please, provide me admin panel and FTP access to site where we’ll be able to check the issue.
Also, make sure that everything works fine with default WP theme.

another question : Prefooter static block is now no more visible.. How can I fix it?

Hello,

Problem was related to incorrect permalinks settings (Settings > Permalinks) and was not related to our theme.

You are using Static Block to Show prefooter, static block shows widgetized sidebars but these sidebars are empty. Either use another elements instead of widgetized sidebars or add any content to these areas http://prntscr.com/en6tu2

I didn’t change permalinks and it worked… before upgrading theme and plugins

I solved problem with permalinks . 🙂
About Pre footer area , i don’t understand reason why in the front end i can see on the left Mailchimp form , while “featured” “sale” and “random” are not visible… This isn’t same statick block?
