Where can I link the pre footer icons to my social media platforms and linking 24/7 chat live support to actual chat log?

Hello,

Please add the code in text widget, drag it into Prefooter area in Appearance > Widgets:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/widgets > Prefooter Row
In the code <a href="#"> you need replace # with your link.
