Linked Variations doesnt save the settings

Hi,
when I am setting up Linked Variations functionality in random way its not saving the settings. There might be some condition I am not aware or it is a bug. When using it for random attributes it works, for other dont. I have created even new one, to set it up, but form seems to not saving the values, giving blank fields after trying to save (see screen). Please advise.

Could you please attach a video to help us better understand the issue? You can upload the video to a file-sharing service such as https://fex.net/ and provide us with the download link.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

What? Just showed you a video. Repeat the steps and you got it. FTP is not needed to reproduce it.
Let me know if ftp would be needed and what actions you want me to take there.

At the moment, we tend to believe that the issue is caused by the presence of non-standard characters in the attribute names.

Well then I can assure u this is not the case. I tried also with standard ASCII characters and the problem is the same.

Try with “Wersja ISO – ars” linked variation, it’s not saving it either.

Hello, Sebastian,

The issue in this case occurs because the attribute name and its slug are different. After we replaced the slug “Wersja ISO,” everything started working correctly. Please review the attached video.

Hmm, i dont think i understand that. This basically works also “show camera” linked variations, but still doesnt work to me in scenario like:

– try to add ‘czulosc’ to linked variation “fujifilm 200/400” (see screenshot). Saving still doesnt work, despite attributes have been added to the products.
