Linked variation option issue – not showing products

Hello,

I believe there is an issue with the linked variation option. When I want to link products, it constantly shows only 3 to 4 available products. For example, I insert the full product name and the system says: “No matches found”

We have noticed that you are currently using version 9.4.5 of the theme, while the latest available version is 9.4.14. Since your version, numerous fixes and improvements have been implemented, including updates related to linked variations.

We kindly ask you to update both the theme and the plugin to the latest version and check whether the issue persists after the update.

Hi, I am unable to find theme and plugin updates. I am using white label, can that be the cause? It does not show any theme update whatsoever. Attached are 2 photos where you can see it. Can you log in via the link I am sending you and see what is going on?

Hello, I successfully updated the theme and the plugins. However, linked variation is still not working. It only shows one product, sometimes not even that.

– FTP Username
– FTP Password
– FTP Port
