Link in Menu categories parent in Cellphone

Hi
In my menu on the cellphone only, I cannot click in the parent category if there is a sub-category.
Could you let me know why and how to fix that. Thanks!

Hello,

Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Dropdown Opening Action

Thanks. It works all good. Could you tell me also why there is so much margin between my pictures of my home page on the mobile display and none on the desktop (as I wish none).
How can I remove the big margins?
