    When I click on an image to enhance it and then use the “X” to close it we encounter a problem with the scrolling option.

    It appears the page is locked, preventing us from scrolling up or down.

    Hello,

    Did you receive the login data? We also have another problem. The theme does not seem to work together with the plugin: WooCommerce Product Add-ons. If I turn off the Legenda theme and switch to another theme it works fine. But I can’t find the problem. Could you help us with this as well?

    Hello,

    I’ve checked images on the page you provided in your first post and lightbox window is closed successfully and scrolling works fine.
    Try to check it in another browser.

    To make “Product Add-ons” plugin working try to disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check it after that.

    Hello,

    It works in Explorer. But most of my customers and myself use Chrome. The demo works fine in Chrome, I checked before I bought it because that is important for me. So what is different between my site and the working demo online?

    The “Product Add-ons” still doesn’t work. Only when a product is not available the add ons work fine. But as soon as the combination is possible and available it doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme, WordPress to the latest versions and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Hello,

    I’ve made a back up and updated everything.
    The lightbox problem is solved. My thanks for that.

    However the product add-on is still not functioning like it should. It still shows a big white empty part where the total amount should be. When I switch the template it works just fine but when I use the Legenda template it stops working like it should.
