Lightbox Photo Viewer not working - by dirtcheaprc

    Hi. When clicking on a product image on the product single page, it opens the file int he web browser and does not load the lightbox viewer. I cannot figure out how to fix this. I have recently updated from an old version of XStore. So maybe there is an issue in the options table or settings for the theme that I am not able to see on the customize page. Please help. Thank you. -Chris

    Hi,

    You should deactivate all plugins and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
