    Hello,

    I hope you’re doing well.
I’ve encountered an issue with the lightbox functionality on product pages. Although I have enabled the “Open Lightbox” option in the product image settings (please see the first attached screenshot), when I click on the product image, instead of properly displaying the image in lightbox mode, it opens with a black screen (as shown in the second screenshot).
Could you please help me fix this issue or let me know if there’s a compatibility conflict or missing setting I should check?
    Looking forward to your guidance.

    Thank you in advance!
    Best regards,
    Baris

    Hello, Baris,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.

    Let us know the results.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I am writing to request your immediate assistance with a critical issue affecting my website after a recent update to the XStore theme via FTP. The website enters an endless redirect loop. The pages attempt to load repeatedly but never render.

We have identified that the issue is related to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Unfortunately, a simple cache purge does not resolve the problem – only fully disabling the plugin proves effective.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
